The Imaginary Forces

Original Contemporary Jazz Ensemble

 

The Imaginary Forces is a 10-piece jazz ensemble consisting of Tenor, Alto & Baritone Saxophones, Flugelhorn, Trumpet, Trombone, Piano, Guitar, Double Bass and Drums. In assembling the Imaginary Forces, Felix spent years getting to know musicians personally in order to fill each position with the right sound.

 

Forming the core of The Imaginary Forces is New York trained pianist Tan Wei Xiang, Berklee guitar performance alumnus Alvin Wong, local legend drummer Tama Goh and musical veteran Brandon Wong on double and electric bass. The horn section is also made up of some of Singapore’s top musicians including saxophonists Fabian Lim (The Steve Mcqueens) and Teo Boon Chye (Jive Talking).
